Is there a guarantee?
Yes, there is. You are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If at any point during the build process you aren't happy with how things are going, you may request a refund of the package cost. You may also request a refund up to 30-days after your site launches.

How does the money-back guarantee work?
If for whatever reason you decide to ask for your money back, simply write a 250 word statement outlining the areas which you found lacking (about a paragraph of text). This information is used by me to improve my work in future. Your money will be returned to you within 3-5 days, either via direct deposit or PayPal.

What if I don't like the website you make for me?
Not a problem; you are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you aren't truly happy with the website I make for you, then I'm not happy either and I won't sleep at night knowing I haven't earned your money. The purchase cost of the package will be returned to you (this doesn't include any third party expenses like domain name registration). To claim a refund, simply write a 250 word statement (roughly a paragraph) pointing out the deficiencies in my work. I use this statement to help improve my work in future.

What if during the build process I realise the package isn't suitable for me?
Not a problem. You have two choices: 1) you may elect to exercise your 30-day money-back guarantee (no hard feelings), or 2) you may ask that the package be converted into a custom-build project. If the package is converted, I prepare a quote for you which factors in the money you have already spent (e.g. if the quote comes out to $750.00, then the balance would be $400.00 since you've already paid $350.00).

If I'm not happy with the work, how do I exercise my guarantee?
There are two points at which you may cancel your website and have your money refunded, these are: 1) during the build process, or 2) up to 30 days after launch. To use your guarantee, simply write a 250 word description outlining the areas you found lacking and send this to me via email. Your money will then be returned within 3-5 days (usually via the same method it was originally paid).
